Anderson County District Clerk
The District Clerk, Teresia Coker, handles district court civil cases in Anderson County. All new filings must be submitted by 4:30 PM each business day. E-filing is mandatory for civil and criminal cases through eFileTexas. The portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Since January 1, 2020, the District Clerk's office does not accept checks. Accepted payment forms are debit card, credit card, money order, and cash.
