The Odyssey Public Access system at portal-txburnet.tylertech.cloud lets you search county court cases including civil filings, misdemeanors, and probate. Use visitor as both the username and password to log in. The system shows index data and, for more recent filings, some redacted documents.

A second self-service records search is available at burnetcountytx-web.tylerhost.net. You will need to accept a user disclaimer before searching. This portal gives access to the online index records and is a good option if you want to confirm whether a case was filed and get the case number before requesting documents.

At the statewide level, the re:SearchTX platform covers many Texas courts including those in Burnet County. You can search by party name or cause number at no cost. This is often the fastest way to check if a civil case exists and get basic docket information without visiting the courthouse.
